Mimetogen, they grabbed a Board seat, and some sort of "advisory" agreement
As part of the financing, Nitin Kaushal, Executive Vice President ofMedwell will join the Mimetogen Board of Directors. Medwell Capital will also assist Mimetogen and the current investors with advisory services in potential partnering and financing efforts.
I don't believe that a $250k investment justifies that level of involvement, but who knows...
