LFD has just become a much more valuable asset compared to the disappointed learned at VST.
LFD walked away from a $ 15 million BOUGHT DEAL, which was money in the bank for them, to prefer for a less costly and less dilutive PRIVATE DEAL for $ 7.5 million.
The reason: the cost were much lower than anticiapted and insiders wanted the shares from themselves
LFD will receive approximately $ 7.5 million from the exercise of warrants (30 cents), once LFD soars past this value. Then, it has approximately another $ 5 to $ 10 million that will come when Soros exercises his warrants in September 2011 and insiders in October 2011 at 65 cents. Trust me when I tell you that SOROS will get his warrants!!!
Then, we have oil producing property which will give the consortium $ 175 million per year just on 5,000 bpd day of oil.
Overall, LFD is FLUSH will cash and, has strong connections with SOROS. Insiders have loaded up too, Ahmed with 500,000 shares at 37 cents and, chief geolgist with 200,000 shares at 20 cents plus insiders with $ 1.5 million in shares at 30 cents.
Notice how insiders loaded up on LFD but, not on VST.
Canaccord has a $ 2 per share target price by next year, meaning that you can make 10x your money and recover very nicely from VST disaster.
