Mr. Taylor says these deals will allow Sandstorm to acquire 5,500 ouncesof gold in 2010,

Heexpects the company to finance more projects toward production overthenext few years, which will add to its below-market purchases ofgold. Mr.Taylor says Sandstorm's talented management "team" is tryingtoreplicate the volumetric production payments model used bySilverWheaton. He notes some of Sandstorm's management was involvedinmanaging
SilverWheaton. He thinks that same management will likely makeSandstorm a big winner for shareholders.
