Anderson not on BOD?

As far as i have heard he is still on the BOD, and i believe the biggest shareholder of SLX. SLX website still shows him there. Some one hear something different?
I noted the 1 million share private sale and the exercise of options. Not a real big issue imo.
SLX has the goods in ground, but options exercise and warrant overhang may hold the rise back a bit.
I suspect an update coming soon.
