I believe it's just normal course trading. Wi-LAN is still undervalued for it's recent accomplishments and is possibly just receiving due recognition for such. It's a welcomed uptick just the same.

If there is a deal in the works or an offer on the table of some form it will be Wi-LAN making the offer. I think it will be managed with such confidentiality that there will be no leaks. JS runs a tight ship.

There will undoubtedly be a run up the week of the Q report and I'm thinking the results and corresponding upward guidance will propel the SP to @ $12.00 . Just My Humble Opinion / Gut feeling and I'm usually rewarded for following that instinct. Just saying .... trust yours.
