Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

RE: RE: shareholders rights plan

RE: RE: shareholders rights planCan Johnny Lee dump all the NKL shares that PCY is currently holding and use that new found money to pump up the shares for PCY?
Why Crying Foul while you can do something about it?
Our little Johnny is NOT stupid because too many floating shares available will be driving down the shares (Ask Maxim from White Tiger Gold) so he will not selling his bread and butter and that is NKL.
so he will do a PP on NKL shares and use the funding to buy back NKL by way of buying PCY shares.
It is just a theoretical that may be happening.
