RE: RE: RE: this looks to be a BIGTIME SCAMErr.. you may want to reread that doc again
It says 12 new drill holes were approved from 250 ft to 650 ft.
But DH3 was drill up to 1700ft.
But Modification 10-1 allowed for re drilling of 4 holes up to 2000 ft. Whatever that means.. So is DH 1-4 new drill holes, or ones outlined by Modification 10-1. But Modification 10-1 was approved Oct. 18 2010. So how likely is it to be holes 1-4?
Furthermore, the last drill holes [1]

weren't drill beyond 500 ft.

Also from [1]
The Company commenced a 12 hole drilling program at Warm Springs inFebruary of this year of which the first seven holes have been completedand assayed. As shown in the table below, Europium was present inamounts as high as six parts per million (ppm), Gadolinium as high as 33ppm, Thulium as high as seven ppm and Lutetium as high as 11 ppm. Assayresults also indicated Yttrium present at amounts as high as 462 ppm.One part per million is equivalent to one gram per tonne.

So DH 1-4 are likely part of the 12 hole program, and should be between 250ft - 650ft, as outlined in your document. But DH3 was drilled to 1700 ft, which would violate the stipulation of the permit.
Explain that one, pumpers.
