I don't trust Humala!During his inauguration, he swore that he will go back to the 1973 constitution
which gives more control of the natural resources to the Government and more rights
to the workers. Said he doesn't like the actual constitution adopted in 1993 in force now.
Can this be a reason for the sudden drop?
