If history repeats itself

If history repeats itselfFirst I would like to say I am sorry to all those investors who held on this long only to see todays' close.

After the crash of 09 FTN fell to $5.00 then lingered into the $2.00 range due to uncertainly of the credit default crisis.  Once stability was established, lead by the Canadian financial holdings, FTN was able to reinstate the dividend and the price rebounded.  This process took 5 months, I would bet that with an US election on the horizon, ECU intervening in the European bond markets and QE3 from the Fed, that this period would not last as long as before.  I am being optimistic and maybe a bit naive that governments will get us out of this mess.
Like bychoice, I sold my shares when the first warning was made, I plan to buy back as soon as I see any up trend in the n.a.v. and feel that the pain of holding will be over sooner rather then later.  JMHO  comments please
