I agree 100% with everything you said.  No way CLL is a 73 cent stock- the NAV on this thing is $1 (or something close).  Most stocks have SP at a multiple of NAV, CLL has SP at a fraction of NAV.  I want someone to name another junior company that produces almost 15K boed and whose SP is 73 cents- complete insanity.  I'm in no way the biggest fan of DG but CLL did generate
.04 CFPS for Q2 and would have generated positive EPS if it wasn't for the LTD refinancing (by the way, can I get in these debt refinancing deals because at 64M a pop, I'd like a slice of that pie- now that fee is insane). CLL never gets credit for anything good they do but get pummeled for anything negative- I don't know why that is, is it a management credibility issue?  One thing that really annoys the crap out of me is when a company misses its production targets- CLL has a propensity for this, just try to underpromise and overdeliver for once and see how that goes.

PS:  The line about the abused dog getting his daily beating is mine- I'll let it go this time but in the future I'll have to charge you copyright infringement fees- 64M every time you use it.
