Yes: G8 definitely needs help financing a lawsuit to recover investors' money, but where you live definitely enters into the picture at the moment.
An officer from the BC Securities Commission recently informed us that Global 8 may be in violation of the Cease Trade Orders if investors in BC and Alberta loan money to G8. That said: he said that’s his opinion, not anything official from the Commission, and he has shown us a possible way out of the dilemma. (Translation: at the moment G8 can only accept donations from BC and Alberta residents - G8 cannot borrow money from them - but that mightchange. We hope to find out very soon.) Shareholders outside those two provinces can still loan money to G8.
I’m going to forward your email to Daniel Wolf, as this is really his department. (He is effectively G8 at this moment and all the finances go through San Diego.)
Bye for now
