The fund seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of global equities in the materials sector. The fund seeks to track the investment results of the S&P Global 1200 Materials Index (the Underlying Index), which measures the performance of companies that S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC (SPDJI), a subsidiary of S&P Global, Inc., deems to be part of the materials sector of the economy and that SPDJI believes are important to global markets. It is a subset of the S&P Global 1200.

Nobody hopes you are right on $5.35 more than me, but you overlook the massive amount of drilling that will be needed to get us to that asset base.  Our share of that cost will be paid for by cheap dilution.  This company has very hgh G&A costs for a juniour.  So its an uphill struggle against high overhead and weak markets-that means printing lots of new paper..  Add to that investor fatique and I think you would have a stampede to the exits at .75  And,as has been stated here before, this acquisition gets more expensive after the 75 cent level . Iam knows all of this that and would be fools not to take advantage.  My hope is that we get the option of taking Iam paper, because they will be the big winner here.
