Restructuring on the horizon?CAS has now broken through the $5 barrier on fairly large trades. Someone out there is unloading gradually, but in a big way and at seemingly any price. These sellers probably fear that Cascades will not be able to support their large debt and is heading for a restructuring, with the inevitable loss of all or most shareholders' equity. The fact that the company continues to pay a dividend in the face of ongoing losses further increases the probability that this might happen. I am beginning to think it is time to cut my losses (far too late) and to join the selling stampede.
Am I being to negative? Does anyone else have an opinion?
