Interesting that Peters and Copicked up the last of that block that McQuarrie had. My guess is that McQ bought the deal at 4.35 and dumped when it lost 10% down to 4.00. Pretty short sighted. After a 1/4 like CDI had it should have been at 5.00+ if they had held on.
