Congrats.Everyone that knows VER at all knows that that last JV was a stinker, and hence why they wanted to improve it a lot. They are better off without that deal and with all the activity in the area coming up, one neighbor hitting a nice one will drive this right back up. The big run up was cause of the land... the same land they still own. That last JV wasn't doing anything for them, so now only patience and averaging down at these ridiculous prices is what we need to be doing. Do you guys not see Anon just gobbling up all these cheap shares?
