If it inc.'ed the interest payments I'm amazed they still managed a 10% profit. I'll have to find 2005 and 2006 year end reports to get more deets.At the end of the day the lack of debt is key. Roughly same amount of Shares (post warrants) and rev should be similar. I can't see operating expenses really having changed that much but I'll need to do more due diligence to confirm. It will be interesting to see in Q 3&4 how many "one time" charges are reflected due to transition.It's unfortunate share holders prior too dilution were all but wiped out, but it provides an opportunity for us all today. As you say margins will be a key driver, and it's good to take a historical reference to see what the market has provided in the past. Without having gone through all the baggage this company looks better and better as I go along. MB hammered it's old share holders and needs to prove it's self to earn respect of the market once again.
