First of all, if the news reports about Obama's upcoming proposals are right, the chances of much of the so called "stimulus" program to make it through the Tea Party Congress are next to nil. Second, the focus of the "stimulus" (according to the previews) is not the housing industry (althoght it should be.) Finally, no serious housing economist projects housing starts in the United States to go up to one million per year before 2013-2014. Norbord may well be bankrupt by then.
