Global MarketsDoesn't look good for global markets (Dow selling accelerating). Obama's employment rescue plan may not get passed because of Republican opposition. The Greek Debt crisis is back in focus as is the rest of Europe. Some of the companies that Bennett would provide services to are getting hit hard which could result in them pulling their clean-up plans. We could also see some tightening on government spending both in Canada and the US which will not be good for future projects. The cost for destructing PCB soil is very high. Further there is solid competition with Phase Separation Solutions (PS2) which is WMT on the Venture and Horizon Environmental in Quebec which is a PCB soil treatment company.
I think BEV's best option for survival in the future is to diversify into other businesses (which we have talked about in the past) with their significant capital. As the economy drops, some of these companies might become alot cheaper.
