OIL LAW?

Looks like politics is holding up progress. Someone in OPEC is telling the soverign IRAQ to stand their ground. Don't give in, to KURDS. Kurds are fed up, and are signing illegal contracts. This is not looking good. Why is IRAQ paying for some exports?Just a little candy to dangle infront of the producers, who , will in turn , lobby KURDS to accept the latest deal. This is turning out like its going to take a 1001 ARABIAN NIGHTS to resolve. GLTA
