RE: TNK-BP to reinvest Russian oil taxThe best thing in that story is that the deal is NOT done...so maybe we can break it off with them and bring in a partner that has less in house troubles. The shares are up today because Citi came in this morning and upgraded HRT to a buy with a $2,200 price target.
