The insider sales could be for innocent reasons as Jasper said, however, typically insiders don't sell in the 3rd month of a quarter because by that point there is often a perception that the company has a good sense of what the quarter is going like for the company, and selling can give the impression that the quarter is not going well. If you don't believe me, call up an experienced investment broker/analyst and ask. Insider sales occur most often in the second month of each quarter, after the release of financials.
I guess time will tell. I would be careful, GPL longs.
