Deal Done???There are several indicators that its done in my view.
1. Absence of rhetoric between the two and I mean total silence.
2. MSd has begged off the M appearance tomorrow and the Bnn thing today.
3. WIN will be doing the M conference tomorrow.
and another conference on Thursday. Interesting if he is on BNN on Tuesday or Wednesday. He will almost certainly be on if a deal is done.
4. Piccioni did not mention the WIN/MSD acrimony at all and deliberately picked a completely neutral Pharma example for an example. He would know or have a very good idea what was coming down.
5. Board rhetoric has also gone comparitively quiet.
I wonder if we will be wiser shortly after the close today.
