Ever played high stakes poker???

Ever played high stakes poker???I have on occasion and through a blue cigar haze, won or lost several 10's of thousands more than once.

You learn not to blink.
And its a hard lesson to learn.  Jim doesn't have to worry because his eyes are so narrow, you can't tell if he is blinking or not, for crying out loud.

Much as I am leaning towards pulling the deal, I have to admire JS and the way he is handling this offer.  Long term its only a big ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ for win.
minus the core deal of course.  We could make money on the Core patents if the deal was drastically restructured, first, by making it closer to the Gladios model of expenses and remuneration and second by signing a hold harmless agreement regarding any countersuits or actions taken by the US government or for that matter any other anti trust or unfair competition complaints.

Jim is holding most of the cards on this deal and he knows it.  As the market worsens,  its only in our favour.  If the market does not improve, I expect an avalanche of tenders rollling in on the last day or two.

We will see, what we will see.
