I cannot understand people dumping on WIN on this Board under these market conditions.  there are plenty of other stocks to dump on, if you are so inclined.  If everyone is on the deck of the sinking ship after it hits the reef, why not go dump on the guys who drew the charts--i.e. various levels of government and those wretched bankers.
