This exactly what I notice that is why I am betting on a fundraising at 20 cents.
If u look at all geothermal projects coming online over the past 3 years u cant find one that is producing the revenue that they were expected and all have direct cost that are way higher than expected so there is barely not profitable like altera or even worse loosing money like NGP.
I think people will be quickly dillusionate when SJT1&2 comes on line and see the real Free Cas Flow. that will be a lot lower that what the management expect like all others geothermal projects and maybe not enough to pay back the 16% interest rate of the 50MM$ sprott credit line. If this is the case then RPG will go to bankruptcy. The only way to avoid this is to make a fundrainsing at 20 cents to payback the sprott loan but then u will have 1 billion shares outstanding.
Even at 20 cents I will not buy it anyway
