Hostile take-over

    my guess is that the company hasn't had a formal take-over offer nor do they have concrete reasons to believe that one is imminent however I think that this information is swirling around out there that leads some to believe that this may not be too far off.

Lets face it, if I were a company with deep pockets and I wanted into Potash bad, I would choose times like now for a hostile take out as that is probably the cheapest you are going to get it , PFS or no PFS.  All I am saying is that there must be something going on behind the scenes that we aren't aware of.
