RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Next Step Guys I want all of us to make money in DLKM. I say we need strong management. You can have the best project but if you do not have good management you have nothing. By having Debra come to work for Douglas is definitely a step in the right direction. She is one of the best things that happened to Douglas. She has been in resource companies before and knows the ropes. As far as Boateng is concerned he has a great resume and I am sure he will always end up with a good job but he has no mining experience and has no contacts. He should have been put on the board and have Sheepers run the company because he has the experience and knows how to present the company to investors. The analysts were from RBC Dominion Securities, Canaccord and Macquarie Wealth. Some of the biggest finance companies in Canada. Each sent an e-mail to Mr Mengi advising him that Boateng was not the man for the job. There were also other big shareholders that e-mailed Mr Mengi on this. Now all exploration companies need financing and they have to go around to different companies hat in hand to get money to drill. Who do you think these companies would give financing to Boateng or Sheepers? All I want to see is the right man in the job to promote Douglas and get Douglas moving in share price at this time. We have to change the web sight and really start promoting the company. We also need a couple of Resource writers to write up Douglas. We need to get Douglas stock up to about $1.00 a share by New Year which is possible with good drill results, promotion and all the new drill targets that will be generated.
