Vastly over paid civil servant, incompetent in his duties (two ferries crash etc etc) has a tight relationship with the government (can you see the similarity with Paul Taylor), left prior position under a dark cloud.  I could go on but I think you get the idea.  The reason that the share price is discounted 60% to the cash position is because current management have contracts that they will be paid out regardless of whether they perform any duties or not.  Hey has anyone noticed that the windmill up Grouse Mountain never seems to be turning, I wonder why and if there were 100 of these costly generators how many would be working?
