However this is a very good thing, because:
The reason management aren’t buying is because there are a number of Route1 pilot projects going on right now.
These could result in huge orders for ROI.
Because they are with the US Government, they are confidential.
Therefore management cannot disclose this material information.
And therefore they are restricted under Canadian Securities law from buying right now.
