RE: RE: 21,687 oz Au in Q3Really would have no effect on the decision to sell. Dates options vest are known well in advance usually including the sell. You can't force management to execution options and hold the shares. About the best I've ever seen are companies who either allow manager to roll over the options or finance the purchase so they don't need to sell. You should point out that the share price went higher also.
