Financing....

not surprised to see the financing - Ewan has to be thinking about the very real potential for a severe liquidity crisis going forward (worse than 08), and the need to stoke the treasury in order to keep the drill bit turning. It would've been nice to see a higher number, but there are no bells n whistles attached to this offering (no warrants). Only the highest quality juniors can pull that off these days (note EAS's recent financing with a full warrant attached). Share structure? Still relatively tight.
