inpex delay

inpex delayFrom the Jennings analyst report:
"The Jaguar-1 spud will depend on when the rig becomes
available from Inpex, which is drilling an Albian target on its
block to the east of Corentyne.  If it is successful, Inpex will
test the well, delaying the arrival at Jaguar-1 until
December.  This would still be good news for CGX – it has
Albian targets on its concessions as well, shown in blue on
the map, right.
If Inpex is unsuccessful, the rig should arrive at Jaguar-1
sometime in October"
Now that it is October 13, it is looking increasingly unlikely that Atwood beacon will arrive in October... I assume it takes some time to move.
