Something is happening here at Wescorp.  To file a Sched. 13D is a BIG issue and takes a lot of effort and expense.  Hopefully we will hear the detail in the coming few days.  If this is all about Mr Robert Power then his sole departure is likely.  What is it about this guy that creates such concerns?  Over at the Euromax he cost the company a lot of money using a proxy solicitation firm costs a million or so and looking at their financials the cost of their failed defense was 2 million -  this is a huge amount of money for a junior company. 

Was this all Mr Robert Power.  Surely not there were other directors in Euromax. 

What is happening at Wescorp -  shareholder deserve better than this -  they deserve to know the detail.

Anyone willing to post the real details?
