PULL THE BID!!!

PULL THE BID!!!the end of the year is fast approaching.  We will have close to 300 mill of our own in the bank and another 230 mill available on the debenture.  There is no use in saying that the debenture holders would balk if a different acquisition(s) came to the table that was more willing than MSd. i.e. one that was willing to be bought for a fair price which would allow WIN to make a few bucks off the acquistion as well.

I might add that there MUST be other acquistions on the radar.  MSD is not the only fish in the pond.

Surely with 500 mill in our wallet, we can do better than MSD is what I am saying.
