My guess for the transaction

Sell 35 % of Ortsbo for 250 million
Take 50 million of that and divy it up by the 283 million shares out there, .175 cents nice little dividend as far as I see

The 200 million left over should drive INT to 4 bucks short term, see4 how close I am
