Saudi Speculation?

Why would big money oil tycoon- Saudi Arabia company do this arrangement??Maybe, the oil king has some clout to help settle the dispute with Iraq and Kurdistan, and move the NEW OIL LAW into an agreement. Maybe, the Saudi's feel a bit generous to help their brothers out, and settle this without war. Its all big oil tycoon , back room, diplomacy, Arabian style. GLTA.
