This is favourable news and helps to confirm the existence of large potentially commercial resource play. Based on regional well results to date I would not expect to see an increase in oil rate as the watercut decreases. The 200+ bopd is likely the maximum rate you will see out of this well. The economics are still going to be very challenging and capital costs will have to be substantially reduced to be commercially vialbe. This play is unfolding much slower than similar light oil resource plays which speaks towards the challenges that industry is facing here. About all you can say right now is if this play turns out to be economic Bowood will likely have a piece of it.
