New flash!!!!Schlacte tenders all his shares.

Wait a minute!!! He hasn't got any shares to tender and for that matter, neither do any of theother MSD board members who think they know best what is good for shareholders.

I am thinking golden parachutes maybe.

Lindgren to be fair, does have a 4200 MSd shares at last count, but he is the only one on the list that I saw.
