Must have missed that post ,you were spot on with your post, this managemnet is just in the game to fill thier pockets and screw the people that put them there. VMS had a chance before the sell out to HBM, but now VMS have no say  whatsoever with thier 30% HBM have full control and seriously I think this project is going to be put on hold for a year or two until markets stabilize and hopefully the demand for copper picks up..... JMO
