The difference between

Trading stock and pump and dump stock

Pump and dump would mean to me it goes up then it comes down case closed

Trading stock is something that hovers a little here and then a little there and it keeps going back and forth thus the trading stock nick name

So how can the same stock be a pump and dump and a trading stock all at the same time, doesn`t sound possible to me but maybe there is a uneducated person out there that could explain such a thing. I mean if I were to call the same stock as a pump and dump and a trading stock at the same time I would admittedly be a loser.
