RE: RE: RE: Carnallitite with Sylvinite

RE: RE: RE: Carnallitite with SylviniteLets be clear...your link is regarding the Sask. Basin...and Allana is in the Ethiopian Basin...
Allana will mine the shallow Sylvinite Layer first, then the Kainitite Layer and that will be many years of mining to complete both these layers...I doubt we will ever need or want to mine the lower grade Carnallite Layer.
Miles and miles of 30% Sylvinite will keep us busy for years to come...the real question is whether it will be mined by open pitt and an 80% extraction rate or by solution mining and a traditional 35% extraction rate....in two months time we will all know.
You already said two things that make the Carnallite Issue moot...first, you said you sold KRN and second, when you were invested you said that it would need to look for a large investor or accept a take out offer.
There are more to risk management than geo-political issues....financial risks are just as important to consider with a full assessment.
And for future reference, lets consider the measured and indicated resources as they are the ones that count for a BFS and for a take out offer...inferred is just wishful thinking.
When you do a review of the Potash One Deal and the Athabasca Potash Deal and use the Measured and Indicated or Proven and Probable resource...you start to get a number that Allana can expect with a double of the measured and indicated by years end...
