.25 Placement

OK I am officially confused.  They fill a private placement of restricted stock at 25 cents.  Meanwhile freetrading stock is offered at 15 cents.  Does that make sense?

Good to see the drills turning soon.  DRC is elephant country-if they get a hit there it could be huge.  Heres hoping that we TFS holders get a late Christmas present!
