It was stated in the past that buyouts are based on in ground value which is based around 25% of total value. So looking at that with 80 million shares outstanding, I get around $15/share which sounds about right.
My guess is this may have already been offered but MPV management feels we have more in Tuzo than stated and that their 100% property has good value. So $15/share is what I think but possibly another 30% or so.
Dreaming? I don't think so.
