Yellow Media Inc. has approved the following payments:

• Quarterly cash dividend of 26.563 cents per first preferred share, Series 1 (TSX: YLO.PR.A);
• Quarterly cash dividend of 31.25 cents per first preferred share, Series 2 (TSX: YLO.PR.B);
• Quarterly cash dividend of 42.188 cents per first preferred share, Series 3 (TSX: YLO.PR.C);
• Quarterly cash dividend of 43.125 cents per first preferred share, Series 5 (TSX: YLO.PR.D).

The quarterly cash dividend payments are payable on Dec. 28, 2011, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 14, 2011
