Insiders in last PP

Insiders in last PPLooks like 25% insider participation in the last financing. Great vote of confidence by the management. Phase II is sure taking a long time to get rolling but this is the best time to scoop up some cheap shares. This is only a $20M company. Great pickup here IMHO.TB
