The mineral concessions include La Salada, Santa Clara and Caliguey. Its La Salada concession is located approximately 80 km north-northwest of Zacatecas city, adjacent to the town of La Salada. Baring a company sale or a presidential order to approve the mine this is how I see our timelines here.


Perez will not take a seat as Governor until Dec 10 2011, Until then its safe to say that he cannot make any decisions. It will take him atleast a couple of weeks to get settled in which brings us to Christmass followed by New Years. Now we are at the 1st week of January. They have till Feb 25 before they go on thier Summer holidays. So if nothing changes between Jan7 to Feb 25 2012 then it goes 6 weeks dark until the legislature resumes. After the 5 week summer holiday anything can happen.

All of the above is my guesses only. So I believe coro will hibernate for the winter or most of it atleast.
