RE: RE: What the heck is goin' on?Well, for one thing, you don't subtract. It IS 0.37 per share for ALL the outstanding shares. The 0.03 shortfall was made up from retained earnings, which they had a lot of, from my reading of the report. Also, prices are sliding a bit, but not tanking. IMHO, this is a severe overreaction to the perception that global demand is drying up due to the various crises around the world. Fact is, the US is showing signs of recovery, China has achieved control of inflation and will ramp up the economy again. Europe may be a soft spot for awhile. There may also be some short action that is starting to cover, hence the price action yesterday.
