Better not to sue than screw the shareholders

Better not to sue than screw the shareholdersOkay Mike, you were the biggest promoter on the board and may be up to your eyeballs in the stock, For that I'm sorry for you, but what is the point in sueing--by the time it's through the courts -say 9 months to a year- if Plan B. does not work there will be nothing left for your compensation..  You will therefore only screw up their current attempts to get the process working.
It is a junior company with a new process and risks were well known.  You seemed to look through the risks and convince yourself and, in fact, others that Plan A was working.  Allow those in the stock still a chance to recover --remember a good number are in it or increased their position because you spread the good word when you had those office chit chats that others did not have the favour of getting.  So best to leave the Company another chance--Chris S. stated he is working 80 hours a week-so don't obstruct him to satisfy a personal revenge which you wouldn't have got yourself into if you had looked at it as a speculative science experiment which could well have failed.
