RE: RE: General PatentExacctly Chi Chi.  Highly unlikely that an injunction would have been granted.  The philosophy behind decisions affecting injunctions in cases like these is that he Court must ask itself:"Is granting the injunction in the public interest?"  and secondarily, is there a chance of irreparable harm that cannot be made up with damages and the the answer is more likely than not a big fat "NO".   You are right. Rather surprising that GPC legal counsel would go ahead with such an application, but maybe they are just that po'ed at getting snookered out of one of their key personnel.

The figures surrounding the Nokia renewal should be huge.  It was 50 mill in cash and patents 5 years ago.  nokia volume is at least double what it was 5 years ago in my view.  Anyone got any ideas on that??
