(OTCQB: ALYI)(PINKSHEETS: ALYI) today announced the conclusion of an exclusive masterdistribution agreement between Alternet's subsidiary, International Mobile Security(IMS) and UK-based technology and systems integrationcompany, Delma MSS, for the re-sale of Delma's mobile security solutions in theWestern hemisphere.

Under this agreement IMS will be the exclusive master distributor of Delma'sproducts and services in the Americas. Delma's technology provides mobilesecurity solutions to global law enforcement agencies and mobile networkoperators, focusing on the following areas:

  • Asset location and recovery
  • Security and forensics
  • GSM network surveying

IMS will offer these solutions to its existing clientele and contacts withinthe international law enforcement community, in conjunction with its existingportfolio of proprietary mobile security services.

Delma will also offer IMS' services to its global customer base, and the twocompanies have already identified a series of joint research and developmentprojects to pursue.
